TES 數位典藏贊助計畫

TES (The eStore System)是全球首創的「非接觸式」(Contactless)智慧交易與數位經濟系統，1986年發明來解決結構性失業的創新產業，歷經11年完成，並於APEC推廣13年(1997-2009)。TES整合「感應式支付、智慧供應鏈、AI與金流管理」，已在全球實際應用，特別在疫情期間發揮重大效益，累計受益者超過15億人、「非現金」(Cashless)年交易額高達36兆美元。TES中的「VAM」(虛擬資產管理)具有引領未來市場的IP，將是未來智慧金融經濟的大引擎。

1986年為落實「富裕台灣計畫」，我們特發明新科技經濟系統—TES(電子商店系統)，經由社會責任投資取得成果，在1998年APEC正式提案，促成「電子商務法案」。

TES成為全球數位創業與「非現金」交易生態系統，緩解1997年亞洲金融風暴之害，消弭金融海嘯之後遺症，新冠後每年增生數十兆美元交易額；根據聯合國WIPO和《伯恩公約》，我們擁有TES的智財獨家支配權。

非現金系統創造的效益

這項科技經濟系統的進程如下：

1) 澳洲政府邀請於APEC 2003促成最佳實例政策與長期追蹤；

2) 連續13年(1997-2009)於APEC論壇，成為全球數位經濟轉型標竿；

3) 至今已支撐全球每年「36兆美元」的非現金交易市場；

4) 本系統相關智財與商業模式，已完成司法與稅務釐清，屬合法可處分之智慧財產(IP)；

5) 2026年APEC討論的重要議題—數位經濟和數位貿易；

6) 現況，國際智慧財產機構已關注並參與其龐大智財資產的理算與追索，未來所形成之智財金，將優先運用於「社會責任投資」（SRI），協助產業轉型升級，推動進階的「富裕台灣計畫」。
